Some seasons aren’t about answers - they’re about refining. And for many of us right now, that’s exactly what God is doing.
It feels like squeezing. Like pressing. Like a narrow place. Like a wilderness. But it’s not without purpose. In fact, Scripture tells us it’s how our faith is proven to be the real thing and maturing us.
“So be truly glad. There is wonderful joy ahead, even though you must endure many trials for a little while. These trials will show that your faith is genuine… it is being tested as fire tests and purifies gold.”1 Peter 1:6–7 (NLT)

This might be a wilderness, desert or stretching season for you, but it is NOT a dead end.
These are places and experiences where God is refining and realigning us - for new assignments, to move to the depth of callings, for witnessing to the lost, for reaching a harvest of souls for Christ and to build Kingdom.
Why Does The Stretching Matter?
So that clarity can come! Not vague spiritual clarity, but God-breathed revelation that breaks confusion and brings CLEAR direction:
To make decisions that bring peace to your soul
To stop spiraling in anxious thought loops
To walk forward in and into Godly strategies
But clarity comes after the refining. It comes through the realigning. Because God is not just fixing symptoms - the Lord is building people ready to carry fire for ASSIGNMENT in the new.
“You tested us, O God; you refined us like silver.” Psalm 66:10
“I will refine them like silver and test them like gold… They will call on my name and I will answer them.” Zechariah 13:9
So, what does this mean for us now?
What we do in the pressing matters... the choices we make when it’s hard, those are the ones that shape us and our faith.
Those are the moments that mark us and set us aside for what’s next.

This is a call to refining and realigning, trusting the Lord to shape us, mould us and stretch us.
What will emerge from the "hard" places and experiences will enable us to see with clarity - where we have been seeking the way forward, where there has been a fog, where there has been obscurity, where you have been seeking but not seeing!
Hold On! Clarity is coming!
